Reservations
The whole house must be rented for a minimum of two nights.

To make a provisional reservation, please complete the form below.
We will then contact you to confirm availability and cost and to explain the next step in reserving
your stay.
Rates
- All prices include VAT.
- Tourist tax not included: €0.66 per adult (over 16) per night for a maximum of seven nights.
- To validate your reservation, a deposit of 25% of the total price of the stay is required
- Minimum: 2 nights
- Long weekends: minimum 3-4 nights
- July and August: weeks / fortnights
- Pets allowed
Cancellation policy
According to current regulations, cancellations made within 10 days before the reserved date of
arrival result in the following penalties:
1-2 days before the reserved date: 50% of the total price of the stay.
3-7 days before the reserved date: 35% of the total price of the stay.
More than 7 days before the reserved date: 25% of the total price of the stay.
These penalties do not apply when the cancellation occurs due to recognized force majeure.
Regulations
The number of people staying overnight in the house cannot exceed the number stipulated in the reservation; any change must be communicated.
The facilities are for the exclusive use of the guests.
