The entire house is rented for a minimum of two nights.

We will respond immediately confirming availability, the budget and explaining how to proceed with the reservation.
Rates
• Prices include VAT.
· Tourist tax not included: €0.66 per adult/night, from 16 years and maximum 7 nights.
• To formalize the reservation, a payment and deposit of 25% of the stay must be made
• Minimum: 2 nights
• Long weekends holidays: minimum 3-4 nights
• July and August: weeks / fortnights
• Pets are allowed
Cancellation conditions
According to the current legislation, if cancellation is carried out within 10 days before the arrival date, the following penalties shall apply:
Booking up to 2 days, 50% of the total amount
Booking from 3 to 7 days, 35% of the total amount
Booking from more than 7 days, 25% of the total amount
The above mentioned penalties will not be charged when the cancellation is due to force majeure, duly proved.
Terms
- The number of accommodated people in the house cannot exceed the number of people detailed in the booking. Any changes must be reported.
- The facilities are reserved exclusively for those hosted at the house.
