Relevant information
- Prices include VAT. Attention: touristic tax excluded (0,50 €/adult/night, only from 16 years old) and maximum 7 nights.
- When you make the reservation, 25% down-payment of the total amount has to be paid and the rest at the arrival.
- Minimum: 2 nights
- Long weekends holidays: minimum 3-4 nights
- July and August: weeks / fortnights
- Free firewood for fireplaces during the fall and winter months (with responsible use)
- Barbecue: 1 free charcoal bag
- Cot: free. We have got two very comfortable cots with sheets at your disposal and free of charge. Two highchairs are also available.

Cancellation conditions
According to the current legislation, if cancellation is carried out within 10 days before the arrival date, the following penalties shall apply:
Booking up to 2 days, 50% of the total amount
Booking from 3 to 7 days, 35% of the total amount
Booking from more than 7 days, 25% of the total amount
The above mentioned penalties will not be charged when the cancellation is due to force majeure, duly proved.
Terms
- The number of accommodated people in the house cannot exceed the number of people detailed in the booking. Any changes must be reported.
- The facilities are reserved exclusively for those hosted at the house.
